FORMA Condos is a new mixed-use high-rise condominium development in Toronto. This new pre-construction project by Dream, Great Gulf, Projectcore, and Westdale Propertiesproject is located at 260 King Street West, bordered to the east by Ed Mirvish Way and to the west by John Street in the Entertainment District.
The application proposes an 84-story building for the east portion of the site and a 73-story building for the west portion.
