According to the new MoneySense report Where to Buy Real Estate in Canada 2022, mentions that the first place is occupied by Greater Moncton, the second place is North Bay followed by Quinte West and Hastings Country.
Toronto ranks the la place 43 for value and purchase conditions, followed by Oakville-Milton which in the 44 place. In addition, the rankings shown in the report are based on both on average home prices and recent real estate price growth. Furtheremore, each city is receiving a value score of five.
The report shows trends in the Canadian real estate industry and they also indicate that the massive lifestyle changes that have characterized the past two years, from remote work and virtual school to pandemic restrictions, have changed Canadians’ home buying priorities.
