Education and License fee:

Salesperson Registration Education Program (Ontario): $3,600 (Approximately) License Fee: $2000 (Varies) Insurance: $450 (Varies)

Start-up and First-Year cost

Brokerage cost and Desk fee: $1200-1500 (Varies) Internet & Cell phone: $900-1500 Office Supplies: $300-$500 Website: $500 (Varies) Misc.: $ 2000-$4000 (This includes your marketing, gas, Vehicle maintenance) 

Pro Tip:

Wise agents keep a reserve of 3-6 months in case the market is slow, and you are not able to close enough deals or if there are delays in commissions cheques.
