According to Good Housekeeping Institute Cleaning Lab consumer survey, mentions the most people want their homes to smell fresh and clean for family and guests.

Cleaning the house is one of the best ways to avoid bad odors. Proper cleaning, repairs to prevent leaks, pest control, and frequent removal of clutter and trash all go a long way to a home that smells good.

It’s the easiest way to bring in freshness since opening a window makes your entire space feel cleaner and helps improve the atmosphere in your home.

 

Avoid Strong Scents

Remember that some guests could have allergies or sensitivities to strong smells, and you don’t want to make them uncomfortable in your home. For this reason, it is important avoid scents.

Try a Neutralizer

Some experts recommend to use a neutralizer. Some suggests to activate charcoal filters that come in small bags and collocate in areas [with] diaper pails, garbages, and litter boxes, according to the expert Melisa  Maker.
